Access the Dashboard
After activation, you’ll see a new PulseRank menu item in your WordPress admin sidebar. Click on it to open the PulseRank dashboard.
Review Settings
Navigate to PulseRank → Settings to customize:
General settings:
- Data Retention: How long to keep visitor data (default: 90 days, range: 30-730 days)
- Exclude Logged-In Users: Skip tracking for editors/admins (recommended: enabled)
- Rate Limiting: Set request limits for visitor tracking (default: 60 per minute)
Email Reports
- Enable Email Reports: Receive scheduled analytics summaries
- Frequency: Daily, weekly, or monthly
- Schedule: Choose day and time for delivery
- Recipient: Reports sent to WordPress admin email
Privacy & Compliance
- IP Hashing: Always enabled for GDPR compliance
- Data Export/Delete: Automatic support for WordPress privacy tools
- Consent Integration: Use filter hooks for CMP compatibility
Configure Visibility Controls (Optional)
Navigate to PulseRank → Visibility to manage AI access:
Visibility Mode
- Open: Allow all AI bots to crawl freely (default)
- Balanced: Permit major AI bots, block aggressive scrapers
- Block: Restrict AI crawling via robots.txt rules
LLMS.txt Generation
- Toggle Enable llms.txt file generation
- Fill in business details (name, description, contact info)
- Add key URLs you want AI to prioritize
- Save settings
- View your llms.txt at:

Schema.org Structured Data
- Full: + LocalBusiness, Speakable, Breadcrumb, and more
- Basic: Logo, site metadata, article schema
